About the Texas Fire Sprinkler Responsible Managing Employee (RME-G / D / U / I)
Granted by Texas Department of Insurance, State Fire Marshal's Office
Every RME license requires TFM-08 Sprinkler Statutes & Rules. The technical qualification differs: RME-G needs NICET Water-Based Systems Layout Level III, RME-D needs NICET WBSL Level II, RME-I needs NICET Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems Level II, and RME-U needs TFM-10 Sprinkler Underground. A Texas PE can waive the technical part.
