- Canceling a subscription — you can do this yourself from your account page using the Manage billing button.
- Refunds — see the refund policy. First-subscription refunds are issued within 7 days, no questions asked.
- Which codebooks, levels, or supported exams — see the FAQ.
- A wrong answer or explanation — every question in the app has a flag button. Tap it and we’ll review the question directly.
