Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. No questions asked.

Who is eligible

  • The 7-day refund window applies to the first subscription charge only. Renewals are not refundable.
  • Refunds are not granted for violations of our Terms of Use (for example, account sharing, content scraping, or abuse).
  • Refunds are not contingent on your exam results. Fire Cert Academy provides practice testing and study materials only; we cannot guarantee a passing score on NICET or any other exam.

How to request a refund

Submit a refund request through our contact page within 7 days of your initial charge (subject: Billing). Include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The approximate date of your purchase

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 business days.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page using the “Manage billing” button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we will not charge you again. If you cancel before the next renewal, no further action is needed.
