The TDLR Master Electrician exam is given by PSI in two portions — NEC Knowledge (70 scored items, 150 min) and Calculations (30 scored items, 170 min) — and you need 70% on each. In FY2025 only 19.1% of Master Calculations attempts passed, the lowest of any Texas electrical exam.
